A. We can handle any job from 2,500 to 1,000,000 pieces. But if you are just getting started with door-to-door distribution, we typically suggest 5,000 pieces as a good start to do a good saturation and it is the most effective way to blanket your area.

Q. What is solo vs co-op?
A. Solo means you are paying to be the only item we distribute to that door on that day.
Co-op means we will partner with you other companies that are not competitors. This helps you manage the cost of your distribution budget. The only downside is that it can take a little longer to be distributed. Solo, gives you maximum control of your area and dates.

Q. In what areas do you deliver?
A. We deliver in the following areas: Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Tucson, Sun City, Buckeye, Chandler, Mesa, Peoria and most other cities in Arizona please call if you do not see your city.

Q. Do you guarantee your distribution?
A. Yes, We will guarantee 95% of it. What we mean by 95% is, there is the occasional area, street or cul-de-sac that is posted no hand bills or door hangers. It is not often, but we do encounter from time to time. Though you can rest assured, all of your advertisements and materials will be distributed. We make every effort to cover every street in your targeted area within the boundaries of the law. The door-to-door distribution industry standard allows for a 5% margin of error and we will meet or exceed this almost every time.

Q. Is there anything that affects a distribution?
A. Several things can present issues during a distribution, but these things are factors that are out of our control. Some of these include: Areas that are clearly marked no trespassing, dangerous or hazardous terrain, areas with loose animals, rain, dust storms, gated communities, wind, vehicle breakdowns, and printing department issues. One of our greatest priorities as a company is the safety of our Delivery Team. This is very important to us.

Q. Does Freedom Marketing Corporation offer, printing?
A. Yes. Our in house printing offers very competitive pricing.

Q. How many pieces can you deliver?
A. We can deliver from 70,000 pieces a day to 2,500,000 pieces a month.

Q. How fast can I get my printed materials delivered?
A. Depending on the requested distribution location, we can often deliver within 2 days. Though it is bet not to hesitate. Occasionally we get booked up to 1 month in advance. We do however, set aside weekly block outs for special solo deliveries.

Q. How do I know that you will deliver all of my printed materials?
A. You can be confident your flyers or door hangers will be delivered. And, we can even show you when and where the deliveries occurred using our patented Freedom Trac GPS delivery reporting software. Every delivery person wears a tracking device that pinpoints their location to within 2 feet. Once reaching the door, he or she pushes a button signifying that the residence has been delivered. Additionally, our distribution teams are paid by the door not the hour. This insures that they are motivated and always moving. Freedom Marketing is also proud of the fact that our distribution crews are paid more than most any other distribution crew in Phoenix or the surrounding areas. From the time we start, until the time we finish, our crews are under our supervision making sure your valuable marketing materials reach their proper destination.

Q. Do you hire illegal immigrants or people off the street to do my deliveries?
A. No, all of our delivery people are pre-screened, background checked and trained by our compliance team. We also employ a very strict process when training every new team member to properly our proprietary distribution processes.

Q. What are your payment terms?
A. We accept cash or check or credit card. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your delivery date. The balance must be received 2-5 days prior to delivery date, depending on your delivery area.

Q. Is there someone I can contact if there is a problem on the day of delivery?
A. Yes. We can provided with the phone number of our dispatch manager, who will contact the Delivery Manager on duty.

Q. Does Freedom Marketing Corporations delivery personnel wear uniforms?
A. Yes, our flyer or door hanger distribution teams can be recognized by their uniforms. They consist of a GPS Tracking device, a shirt that says distribution team, a bag that has Freedom Marketing‘s logo and a business license for the area we are delivering in.

Q. If I have my own printed materials, Will Freedom Marketing Corporation deliver them?
A. Yes, we specialize in both printing and delivery, which are considered separate components of your marketing campaigns. We can even deliver product samples direct to door, ask your sales rep for information if this is something that interests you.

Q. Can you deliver my door hanger or flyer to apartments?
A. Yes. We deliver to apartment complexes on a regular basis.

Q. Can I monitor my door hanger or flyer distribution?
A. Yes. We call you on the day of your delivery to give you the supervisor’s cell number. You can call and see them in action during working hours from the time they start, ‘til the time they finish.

Q. What type of response should I expect from my delivery campaign?
A. We promise to deliver your printed piece to your perspective customers. A customer response is only as good as your offer and your message. A great message with a great offer will bring more customers to your door. If you would like, we can run your message through our compliance department for review.

Q. Will I get complaints from homeowners about putting door hangers on people’s doors?
A. Yes, from time to time you will hear from people who get upset about a door hanger on their door.
This just confirms that we are doing our job of distributing your door hangers.

Q. Is it legal to deliver door hangers?
A. Yes, it is legal to deliver door hangers. We are licensed in every city that is required by law to distribute door hangers.

Q. Is door-to-door distribution the same as soliciting?
A. No, door-to-door distributing is not soliciting, in most cases. The laws are very clear in most cities, “A guarantee of the 1st and 14th amendment of the constitution that gives people to the right to publish as they see fit.” However, we do our best to avoid areas posted no trespassing, no hand bills, no flyers, and anything else close in verbiage that pertains.
